It got pretty bad that I did not feel safe anymore and my gut told me to take my more valuable items and store them in my car for fear of retaliation of some sort since they are home all day and with bedroom doors not locking they could go into my room.

People are afraid to ask questions in fear of rejection.

What is great about rental property and what Robert teaches is you can weather that storm if you buy right, have fixed rates, use smart leveraging, etc. anyone in an adjustable mortgage right now should be fearful.

With all of this inflation fear... who knows!

Lived in CA my entire life about 2 hours away from the Sierra Nevada's and I have never seen wildfires this prevalent.

I guess that’s what my fear is.

I’m hoping to leave my job in the next year and fear we will no longer qualify for a mortgage with only my husband’s stable income (I would still work but it would be my own business that would rely on finding clients).

But my fear is using my funds in down payments then losing momentum until I have more saved up to do it again.

I find that one of the main fears holding people back from starting their investment journey is "lack of money."
