If they don't, you probably don't want to touch it either--unless there are other factors you haven't posted (eg. it's your daughter or CLTV is 40%).

I posted that you need money for escrow and title and you need money for reserves and they banned me. ;-)  its just a lead source I would not follow their advice of course .. just a lead source its like a loose MLS for sub too.. you can always say no.

I would suggest looking into a roth IRA rollover, however that in of itself is a taxable event depending on your mix of pre tax and post tax dollars going over to the roth IRA.
