You could give annual award for categories like: Most posts, Most voted up post, most blog posts, most blog comments, etc.I know it involves more work and I wouldn't want to make a suggestion that cut into your super fun video chatting time @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner.

I know this won't be a popular idea for those who believe in buying American made, but China has some awesome products for rehabbers that could be obtained at a fraction of the costs that we pay here in the US (especially helpful with higher end products, slab granite, ect....) but they require volume purchases and logistics might be a nightmare.

Do a quick search on youtube for "foundation repair" and you will find plenty of videos that explain how they do it.Basically they measure how far down certain parts of the house have sunk and determine where piers need to be placed.
