New guy in Phoenix, Arizona
Hi BP members. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a beginner Real Estate Investor and I'm here to learn from the pros and share my experiences with the ones coming behind me. I'm interested mostly in SFR's and right now I'm working on deal # 5. I would like to add that finding this site was for me like finding a gold mine. I'm impressed by the way experienced investors take their time to share their knowledge with other members. Thanks again and please excuse my poor English. I was not the brightest student in my ESL class.
