So work a little on that.A few other things you could try is "driving for dollars" and look for empty houses or FSBO's and non-Agent "For Sale" signs, take some pictures that will remind you what you looked at, and keep following them up and you never know when they will be a "yes".

@Mark DouglasIt is undoubtedly a great idea to use a professional photographer for these pictures because the marketing that comes from just the look of the pictures alone attract so many more people to your unit for rent, the house you are selling, or the before and after pictures of a flip to name a few.
