That's great if you are a fast food restaurant, call center, or employing an army of drones following scripts.

@Ty Primers  I have to differ (just a little) with @Doug Pretorius or at least give some food for thought. 

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

They violated your lease by moving a "pet" into the property.

Just food for thought..

For example, adding washers and dryers, fencing in the yard and accepting pets for a fee or possibly adding a carport or deck for perspective tenants?

Hi @Sid Naik,Just to expound on what @Jeffrey Isenberg and Account Closed said about increasing rents, It's also about increasing the income overall that may come in other forms such as laundry, pet rent, parking fees, storage fees, etc. 

Food for thought...

Lets say they have a pet horse  or have 8 evictions on their record, wouldn't you want to tell them no, since it is a sure thing that they wont qualify. 

Spas, food & drink, etc...
