They offer that for cheaper than I can get them done, so I let them assemble and install them on my jobs.I personally do my own design, so no need for design assistance for me personally.As for quality, that goes with price.  

I'm sure that some of the sites work and will drive some results, but I would be very curious to see a breakdown of a personal reach out system to large hospital networks, local companies HR, etc.

I'm looking for ready to assemble (RTA) that do not have any particle board or OSB.Found RTACabinets.com which seems interesting but I'd like to look at some in person if possible, maybe even LA County.Current quote from HD (Home Depot) for their ready made in inventory cabinets is $2600, those are particle board low grade cabinets.I'm going to bet Kevin Fox replies in this thread.

I have 20k to invest but since this will be my first multifamily I want to make sure i'm on the right path.Thank you for reading my post and looking forward to the responses! 

This is an extremely important point, because if there is no clear rules defined by each person, then it can be confusing and lead to anger or resentment between partners.

I will appreciate all the input I can get especially a reasonable person to do the logistics including zoning etc.
