I remember back in the mid 80s when an article like this came out and said the Pac northwest was going to grow at rates unseen in the past.. well that was when  timber aerospace and farming dominated the area.. us CA residence thought what the heck it rains there all the time nice in the summer but really...

I live in a very competitive market (north TX) and I've been posting ads on Craigslist EVERY DAY for the past week and other wholesalers are flagging them for removal.

I know where the water is getting in and have a sump pump taking care of it, however if there is any finishes in the basement, they need to be removed up well past any water intrusion.

Sorry to be so blunt, but it's the truth, and there are instances in my past I wish someone had told me the truth like that.

There has been a lot of plans for redevelopment in Asbury in the past which has not evolved into real progress but this latest push seems to be legit.

We have two sets of sheets, towels, duvet covers, pillow cases, and silverware so it only takes us about 30 mins to clean and prepare the rental for the next guests.
