Hello, if I have a HELOC on a primary home and I move out to convert the house into a rental property, do credit unions/bank typically have an issue with that? 

I have no properties yet - just working a regular job and doing some freelance work on the side.

These lenders typically cover the purchase and rehab costs because they’re more focused on the value of the property than your personal financials.Rehab: Use the borrowed funds to fix up the property, adding value by making necessary repairs or improvements.

Based on my understanding, the loan for $150K w/ 20% down would be ~$1150/month (tax, hoa, and P/I).
