I get it's family but I would do it like a typical PM company.

Most foundation companies and structural engineers do not sign off on us raising the foundation due to the high damage risk and the cost associated with it.

Also thinking of just hiring a property management company.  

I'm assuming you're looking to self manage, otherwise, you'd just hire a reputable mgmt company in the area. 

For all properties you need to get a good management company.

You increase the share amount to 40 shares and buy it so now you own 20 of the 40 sharesThus you own 50% of the company and would get 50% of profits.
