Just make sure that you are never dropping the bar for the quality of tenant. 

For example if your first purchase is a 10 unit apartment building the carrier you have that insured with might not want to insure your second purchase if it's a mixed used building with habitational risk above, but lets say a bar below.Best of luck with the property.
