Had an interesting situation where N West sent out the typical email and it peaked my interest as a primary residence, not somewhere I was looking to flip or hold.  

I figure then we can use her first time home buyer advantage plus and help we th her being Hispanic(born and raised in Bronx, povonos and Bethlehem pa)my question is anyone able to point us towards n the right direction?
