New and interested in lease options. Long story.

Posted

My name is Jimmy. I am a 4th generation custom house painter that painted in the family biz in new construction for 10 years before running my own residential painting business for 12 years. At the same time I learned and ran my commercial/residential pressure washing company as well. Needless to say, I’ve been in around home building and refurbishing my whole life.

Fwell, then something unexpected came. I got type 2 diabetes and kidney failure passed down, so I had to slow everything down in my biz until I had to close up until I’m patched  up.

Fast forward d to 2022. I’ve almost died 3 times. A stomach issue I had for several months turned to a burst gallbladder that had gangrene going into my blood stream. Then a small dried out spot on my foot turned to full blown infection that cost me my right leg below my knee. Lastly I got flesh eating disease on my butt that required a 7 week hospital stay, 5 surgeries and 3 scrapings. I have a temporary colostomy bag on to keep the wound clean.

Needless to say I got through it all. After wound heals the colostomy bag gets reversed. Soon I’ll have my prosthetic leg and then be able to get my kidney transplant.

Through it all, I met a gal in April and just got married November 12th this past Saturday. This past year I’ve been working on my credit and helped hers improve. We plan on moving back to my home state Florida in Starke located in Bradford county. I was always wanting to get into fix and flip as well as hood. Now we need some ur home and thought it be a great idea to find a lease option home for us until our credit is atleast 720. Now I’m 668. I figure then we can use her first time home buyer advantage plus and help we th her being Hispanic(born and raised in Bronx, povonos and Bethlehem pa)

my question is anyone able to point us towards n the right direction?
