Regardless if your a fan of tiny homes, or not, these new rules will have impact.

I am a fan of house hacking, but having roommates after marriage is difficult.  

The home we are trying to buy has a pool but I'm not fan of the location of it, has anyone ever change the shape/size of an existing pool?

I fixed minors things such as the caulking in the bathtub, added new fans, new lights, not much else.What was the outcome?

When he flushes the toilet, often his toilet is overflowing and urine and feces liquid is coming through the ceiling through the bathroom fan and dripping all over the toilet and the floor.This has happened and been documented 4 times, that I'm aware of as certainly it happens when i don't happen to be here.
