2020 Real Estate Goals

Hi everyone,

My name is Brittney and I am looking to purchase my first home this coming spring. We are currently renting the home and the owner asked we would be interested in buying. We want to convert the garage to a rentable unit, has anyone successfully done so in California? Since this opportunity arose unexpectedly I am also looking to make extra income so if anyone needs help managing property or being an auction runner I'm your girl! The home we are trying to buy has a pool but I'm not fan of the location of it, has anyone ever change the shape/size of an existing pool? What are your 2020 Real Estate goals?

As for goals, I am going to do the STACK strategy, so I want to buy at least 2 properties this year. I also want to get more focus and organized. Hope the best for you going forward.
