I've been doing research into how to do it and as far as I can tell the process is that I pay off their missed payments and then do creative financing like subject to or owner financing with the owner to get the property.My question is, can I still buy a Pre-Foreclosure by helping the owner to pay off the missed payments and then get the property subject to if there has already been a Notice Of Trustee's Sale?

Draws are due on the 25th for that month and payment ( after inspection) is made on the 10th .. if they miss submitting the draw then it gets paid the next pay cycle.

I want to bring a partner in to mitigate risk and also cut down on the amount of capital needed to fund the deal, since most of these homes are in the 650-750 range.Is the logic sound here or am I missing something on how this loan could work?

That said, you do miss out on some of the benefits of a brick and mortar brokerage you might find, in my opinion.
