I would love to meet a mentor, that would be happy to help me out and walk me through it patiently.

One of my mentors informed me to do the following: In the evening, research and identify who you need to call by market (brokers, property management, insurance agents, etc) and during lunch call them to build rapport. 

Having a few mentors that have been down this road would make me feel at ease and educate me to work around mistake they made and things they would do different.Current equity @ $100,000.00My goals are;-own rental property-still would like to flip to keep the cash flow positive-invest into higher end commercial rental property/ apartment complexesThanks,Brandon

I've also heard from a mentor that a few companies up in the DC area are buying up land in the greenbrier area with the intent to turn the into Resort/Tourist locations so maybe they are thinking long term and a completely different direction than Multifamily/Commerical investments?

I think they like seeing our generation getting into the mix as well and kind of see it as a mentor ship type deal as well.
