I started building my REI knowledge about 3 yrs ago.

I hear the ceiling units are very economical but the warranty is not as long 5-7 yrs as the central heat -10 yrs- but is more costly due to the cost of propane.  

Almost 13 yrs now.

Evaluate all tradesmen based on knowledge, yrs in business and reputation.

Over 30 yrs LE here. 

Now I'm seeing rates as low as 3.46% fixed for 30 yrs, and given that my property has appreciated more than 20% in 2 years, I would imagine if I refinanced, I could effectively drop my PMI altogether, and because of the lower interest rate, pay less per month.

@Mike B. combination of living on the city for over a decade (10 yrs ago it was a much different area) and distance to the city/lake. 

Came back 1.5 yrs ago and settled in PA.

Took 3 yrs.

I have not had a problem at all, but only have 4 yrs experience with them.
