I have tried to notify (the management company) of my situation and have not received any help.

What I'm seeing here is a really light rehab ($15K) that generates $60K in equity value, and then breakeven afterwards... with self-management. 

I would add that HOA is also factored in (if applicable) and the property needs to be rent-ready, not in need of rehab. 

My strategy for REI has been to build a portfolio directly purchasing and leasing real estate but at some point start to transition my funds into private lending others' opportunities and getting away from being the actual owner and manager of properties.
