Hello all,  I've been saving up for a few months because I'd like to start flipping houses.  

My mother gave me a house she bought in 2010, and its value has increased significantly since then.

I've seen some decent multifamily deals there, but not a lot in NOVA mainly due to the high price points.

The very cheapest way to go is for you to wash the interior of the house. 1) Washing from the celing to the floor, including everything ( such as lighting fixture covers, the surface area above the cabinets, etc) is extremely time consuming and not easy.

Any creative ways to move into the house and not make it a primary? 

The housing market in OKC is poised for continued growth and stability. 

I would be looking for mostly abandoned or run down houses that need repairs.

This strategy isn't my main focus, but I did get fascinated in it awhile back.

I do believe it will help, giving me access to the MLS and can run comps and have knowledge of the market.Also, will be looking to house hack and buy and holds if I can get all the pieces to fall together.Will be attending meetups to network.Will be searching for my own deals with some local realtors.
