So husband and I are very much IN the business (37 doors and 1 self-storage unit) we self-manage and don't have systems or delegations in place WHATSOEVER.

I had never heard of renting a property by the room outside of university systems and would like to know if anyone has experience with this and what criteria they used to chose this over traditional property renting.

Upgraded the electricity to 200 AMPs and also upgraded some water systems within the home.

It basically means collapse of our monetary system. 

My question (more like frustration 😤) is around why it's practically impossible to build a successful and scaleable system around wholesaling commercial property here in LA.

And it's not up to the loan officer nor the lender, it's up to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac automated underwriting system.

So the trees in San Antonio are part of a much greater eco-system, even your hometown Montreal's eco-system (but it looks like your birds winter in Miami and the Fla.

The court system is corrupt allowing people to stay rent free forever and ever!!!
