We have one property that has 27k left on the loan that we believe would sell for 375k to 425k.We have discussed it and have come down to two options.

Some of that it seems that it is left to individual lenders to determine but I have another conversation coming up with a separate lender that hopefully they can shed some light onto it some more.

My question to Biggerpockets community is....are there any untapped markets left? 

If I pay everything off paying only scheduled payments, I have about 15 years left on both investment properties and 30 years left on the home I live in (we just moved into it within the last year).

You’re Right, that is a vital piece of information I left out.

We are just left wondering why.

With there only being two weeks left, it was a moot point for us. 

My grandmother though left a trust behind to distribute her property to her descendants with a little extra for that family member.
