I literally saw a "Tax Professional" ask this in a Tax facebook group last week. 

I've heard Ohio I good place and have over 200 new companies started out this or last year and state is investing 100s of millions into it. also New Mexico is getting Netflix. how do yo guys norrow your search of where its best to invest. any PM you use or recommend??

I was reading a chapter in one of the Bigger Pockets books just last night and Brandon mentions that he works with 'the best real estate agent in town'. 

That's what an agent does in the process & should be the only thing they do.I might catch grief for the last comment but whenever you invest & are unsure of something you should employ the person trained in the specific area.

I haven't used them yet on any investment properties because I'm still a noob looking for his 1st deal but I've used them on my current and last SFH.
