they will have a land geek guy its the guy from europe cant recall his name he will pitch how to buy cheap tax sale props and flip them you have the LLC set up lawyers you have the IRA set up folks etc etc. that leads us to the wholesaling guru's those guys from what I can see will train how to do it but leave out the fact that its very very tough and they are just selling information and for sure they make their money on selling their traning.
