they will have a land geek guy its the guy from europe cant recall his name he will pitch how to buy cheap tax sale props and flip them  you have the LLC set up lawyers you have the IRA set up folks etc etc. that leads us to the wholesaling guru's  those guys from what I can see will train how to do it but leave out the fact that its very very tough and they are just selling information and for sure they make their money on selling their traning.

My lawyer asked for 3 names in case one is already taken.

I've reached out to an attorney friend of mine in the area for a referral to a local real estate lawyer.

Lawsuits are extremely expensive even if you did nothing wrong and win the case you still pay the lawyer.

If he ends up in the hole, send him a bill.It might be worth a phone call to your lawyer.

It might be a consulting fee, or some non cash payment, but there is almost always a way   The smart lawyers can usually find a legal work around. 

I have a FANTASTIC lawyer here in Warren County.

Had my lease reviewed by a local lawyer that said more than that could be a problem for some judges.
