I would be concerned that an electronically translated lease would modify the legality of clauses through incomplete or incorrect meaning.

I believe this industry is geared to go global and electronic.

If you're doing a a big job expect to get multiple bids... but you should be comparing them to your own internal estimate. 

I am from India, so a foreign national, and would like to connect with someone who has already some experience in dealing with an international client.

It's a 2015 Rheem, internal thermo-coupler kind I believe, I can't access the thermo-coupler to clean it or anything.

We are both physically located in the northern suburbs of Atlanta but do everything electronically so location isn't very important. 

I just went through this for a property I bought out of state and it’s pretty simple.Make sure the agent knows the new owner is out of state and they will be able to do most of it electronically, they will also send a notary to to wherever the new owner chooses.,,, in my case I just had them come to my office on my lunch break and it took about 35 minutes to sign the docs, fingerprint etc.
