I recently heard on BP podcast, with Bryce Stewart, you can convert a property like this so tenants are charged for their individual usage. 

:)The house itself is an old house by Florida standards (1937 construction), but we prefer the character of older homes. 

However, I personally prefer to avoid any statement that can be misconstrued by the reader because the world is full of people with chips on their shoulder just waiting to be offended by something.
