Denver is an amazing place to network and attend educational events, however I often find myself in scheduling conflicts and definitely feel like I can not take full advantage of these opportunities.  

I think with this new law, you'll have to start hiring attorneys to examine the criminal history for compliance in the event of any reportable legal trouble.I'm not in favor of this law. 

If the property is owned in a corporation it could be a taxable event. 

To answer your question more directly.. maybe you can start networking at local REI events and find another investor you can partner with.

Was mainly interested in seeing if other AirBNB hosts have had similar events happen to them and if anyone else had alternative ways of handling/preventing these situations.

I have given alot of consideration to joining a program and attend alot of their networking and educational events. 

I just look back on 45 years of real estate living and working in the industry through 5 significant events.
