I need help on how to start a system to buy and sell tax deeds.

Curious everyone's thoughts on 1) whether I should rent this out as an entire unit or on a room-by-room basis, and 2) what seems like a fair starting rent to list it at?

AIrbnb's algorithm gives new listings an initial boost when you first list, so new bookings start coming in.

If I keep waiting and listening to the what IF's I will never get started.

First, do I need to talk with a real estate attorney,  CPA, or other before I even start this?

If my competitors start to then MAYBE I would.

I want to start wholesaling and work my way up to buy and holds.I am currently planning my first wholesaling campaign, and I am about to take my first leap into investing.

(Or end of June is when you can start eviction proceedings.)These people are taking advantage of you, and will continue to do so until you remove them from the home.

But I would confirm what they were doing in 2008, since I have heard some syndicators talk about "I started investing in real estate in 2004..." which, when you dive into it, they mean "I bought my first primary residence in 2004", which is vastly different than doing large scale investments.Regarding syndications, only accredited offerings, etc: I tend to disagree.  

Maybe this is something I need when I  have a few more properties or maybe its smarter to start planning now.
