Does it make a better impression in person?

There are a thousands of real estate agents, however displaying authenticity and connecting with the viewer on a personal level will trump all the logical or "business" presentations.

Here are my impressions of Makaha Valley Towers: the maintenance fees are high, but they cover all the utilities, and are much lower than compared to Waikiki condos that also include all utilities.

You only get 1 first impression! 

We've had our website hosted with this company since 2013 or 2014 and I think it's one of the more impressive websites for an independent real estate company if I don't say so myself. 

@Manik SewakI have always been under the impression that banks wouldn't use mobile homes for collateral/equity!

I was just under the impression that it could be written off if at least 50% of the time was done on travel or conducting buisness.
