Newer firms that don't have a loyal following might be more likely to employ 506(c) to recruit investors because they need to advertise in order to find enough investors. 

A degree in a Major where you come out of the gate running and employable is also an option. 

Its a great place,  Hershey Med/Penn State  is a HUGE employer in the area, along with Hershey chocolate, state capitol in Harrisburg and numerous other good employers .

Total repairs came to $690.As a self-employed individual moving across the country I was unable to get financing. 

I know for bartenders and such this is a problem and read on how they can prove their income so I’m not talking about candidates that make great tips in hospitality that have that kind of employment but more, other kind of people We had a candidate a while ago that claimed he was making great money and showed statements from a short term lender to prove it because he/she had IRS liens.Has there ever been a case where you considered this or is this always a quick no thanks good bye and shut the door.
