Canton happens to be my favorite neighborhood due to its close proximity to 95, major shopping outlets, the water, and overall positive vibe of the Community.

Welcome to the community Tasha, bigger pockets is a great place to get started as they have the biggest blog of solid advice in my opinion.

Cap rate is difficult to find in smaller communities it seams (not that much product to compare).

Breaking it down would be beneficial for the community 

Currently I'm flipping a house in Burlington County but looking to buy more value-add rentals throughout Jersey and New York.I have a few questions for the community, where did you find your Accountant?
