You just need to consider your total interest pain on the life of the loan and how long you expect to keep the loan.

I make good money but I have a health condition that may cause some issues if I keep staring at screens all day.

Thankfully this was before the new flooring was in and easily remedied by the contractor but still a pain.

Are they real pain to renovate?

I even done that when I had the C Corp management company which I used for tax purposes, back then before Obamacare, I cannot pay my health insurance as a real estate expense, it all went through the management company which has a policy of covering it's members health insurance co-pay etc.
