Hello all, newer investor here is starting out with a fire-damaged property too much to handle for a first deal?

How do you guys handle this?

Note: AirBnB will require extensive documentation and receipts for any damage claimed and then handle or more like an arbitration where they offer you 50% of the claimed damage whenever a guest refuses to pay.

We had no clue that the owners of the home were going into foreclosure because a leasing agency were handling our business & we have paid on time & before time every month.
