Does Sec. 8 have some sort of down payment assistance to help you buy a house?

I invest in exactly this sort of property, and I tend to agree with the post above that asked how close to rent ready they might be...and buckle down and get one rented asap.

I entered into this coaching arrangement with the expectation that a professional coach with ‘decades of experience’ would have an established coaching program; a course syllabus of some sort, course material, homework, a coaching call schedule, etc.. but I soon came to realize that Brian is effectively ‘winging it’.

Most of the big players use some sort of software called underwriting desk or something and if you fit nicely into their lending model then it spits out an approved.

A lawyer would sort this out quite quickly ..

The court system is gruelingly slow with all sorts of red tape and each heir was a completely different negotiation and had to be handled carefully.
