Join your area Real Estate Club and or Real Estate Meet Up Group.  

After joining an  investment group, (such as BP) I started to be more pro-active and decided to get into the rental market.

On Wednesday 9/30 at 7PM we are having a Bigger Pockets Meet Up at Johnny's Irish Pub on Culver, it a group of us that get together and talk about Real Estate some a new and some have 30 years in the business.  

Also if you're interested, I host a Meetup group of local BP members in Lakewood on the third Monday of the month.

I coordinate real estate educational sub groups for the Local REIA in the Philadelphia Real Estate Market.

Or maybe look at absentee owners now and get a group of 100 absentee owners and send to them?
