You should have a very stable rental before you graduate.

I am finishing up my graduate degree in speech pathology and found Bigger Pockets when searching for ways to invest money.

I graduated about a year ago with a Bachelors in Finance and moved back to my hometown in Upstate NY. 

I previously lived in Memphis for four years before moving away to go to law school, and I'm now on the verge of moving back after I graduate. 

If it’s under $300k, you might be best off buying something in Bing that will cash flow, and graduating to a more stable area like Ithaca once you get rolling. 

Hi Bigger Pockets, I am a recent college graduate getting ready for my first house hack just trying to figure out a few things with the new job and I am already looking forward towards the future in how to save for my next deal.

The fact that our children graduate high school having no clue how this works but can probably write out the quadratic equation is mind boggling.

This would be a major pivot considering I'd probably have to go to some sort of graduate program, but I guess I'm considering this as well.In the meantime, I've been trying to get involved in the student-housing market at SCU and the residential markets surrounding the campus.

I had all the high level graduate school business education to enable me to have all the tools to manage a business, and yet I came to realize I SUCK at it!  

Vacationers come for the beach; family and friends of military members come here for graduations, reunions, holidays, etc.
