My First post

Howdy y'all, wanted to start making a habit of reading the forums and participating. I've listened to the bp podcast off and on for the past 3 years and am reading a few beginner/introductory books. 

I'm interested in developing the muscle of analyzing properties and getting the feel of different markets. I'd like to start investing sooner then later but I'm currently working through a bachelor's degree and don't want to commit the financial resources right now.

If you've been in my shoes and have broken through that barrier let me know! I'd be interested in hearing from you!
