(I am now getting Quickbooks online setup, so we should be good to go in the future.)But I also had a dream that once I had a partnership I wouldn't have to break-down all the income and expenses by property for the tax return each year.

My goal in the future is multi-family, but currently my husband is not completely on board (he hasn't said that, but I can tell he's less than enthused with my REI aspirations--he's skeptical). 

At the very least it’s a very good resume builder being able to point to a deal that you’ve done for future transactions.

Cons - Future exits that might wipe out all cash flow ( IRR ). 

It can set you up nicely for financial freedom and help build an amazing future but I believe it is not worth the cost of your early 20's.
