Not to highjack this thread, but my cleaning lady does all 22 of my furnished rentals for free. 

I have 22 furnished rentals. 

Then you're looking at $250 SF minimum nowadays...So a 1000 SF building is $250,000, plus all the extras like appliances and furnishings....Will that still allow you to make any ROI ?

This is a great way to furnish a property or make some repairs!

We decided to use our primary home as an investment, and turn in into an Airbnb in September of 2021.We invested 30K total for furnishing and fixing up of pool and bathrooms and have consistently been able to make $4,500 in profit during peak seasons (Sept to March).

What do you think it will cost to furnish it?

I loved the stories on sourcing deals as well.Unfortunately I heard back from my UK tax advisor and I can't deduct mortgage interest from income unless I buy via an LLC or pursue a furnished holiday rental.

That way you have time to furnish it and you can start filling up your calendar and be ready to roll right before spring break.
