Where to get started in MTR?

Alex Ng
Posted

I'm looking to start a MTR business. I want to learn the ins and outs. What book recommendations do you have (besides 30 day stay) that will give me an overall scope to MTR? What are some youtube channels I should look at to learn? I want to learn in an organized manner. Thank you!

Hi, Alex. 30-day stay is currently one of the only books on this niche. There are some e-books, I believe, but you have to really search for them. You can learn a lot here, but I also recommend podcasts. Try the Landlord Diaries. It's sponsored by Furnished Finder - one of the listing platforms for midterm rentals. You'll pick up a lot of good info there. There are some people who are very well known in this niche and who offer coaching courses on their methodologies. Jessie Vasquez is one who comes to mind. I don't believe you need to join a coaching program to get started unless you're pursuing something more complicated like the insurance placement niche, but some people do want more direction and benefit from coaching.
