This certainly seems like an excellent place regarding REO.I'm experiencing the REO mess, I have a great buyer $30mil fresh LOI, for commercial REO's in CA, but trying to find a real seller, is not fun.

I'm surprised they offered to try.I would assume that you have to start fresh since you'll be the one having to do the lawsuit.You should speak with an eviction attorney Monday morning.Also, you should contact the bank Monday and see if you can find out what they've done so far (notices, cash for keys, lawsuits).

Start fresh with another buyer; preferably a buyer that has been well screened.

Clean lines, fresh paint, decent floors will put you miles above most of the competition.

I'd also like to add that each and every property is freshly renovated with a tenant in place before closing.
