That's why I would only do it if the LTV was good so If I end up with the property I'm still ok after buying it from the first lender and paying the associated fees accrued during the foreclosure process.

He tought me the foreclosure business and how to do my own search's at the courthouse how to find shawdow plats etc etc.But one thing he did was he exchanged hourly rate for equity in the deals .. so he worked for many of the larger developers in the Bay Area..
