The reality is that the RE industry has become an intangible Las Vegas - ambition for riches overcoming logic and good sense.

I like his Grow Rich Slow approach.

Have you considered joining the RICH (Realty Investment Club Houston)?

But REI is a 'get rich slow' strategy.

.- Read "Think and Grow Rich" two more times.- Solve three puzzles (Jumble, Suduku, Crossword) per day.- Read two wholesaling/ Tax deed articles per day

I guess I'm just a proponent of Occam's Razor...when I hear about someone stealing small quantities of food, I assume it's because they're hungry...But you're right, it could have been for any number of reasons.
