Can you elaborate on what exactly is a red flag to you?

Make sure to check with previous landlords (and confirm that they are indeed LLs and not friends) because knowing the fair housing laws well enough to quote it raises some red flags with me.

I don't see a red flag here.For example me & my team sell hundred's of these types of properties every year.

I was looking at a property with an existing home that could easily have a flag lot behind it (link below).

What are red flags for you, that you are not taking this person seriously?

Move in date (seems pretty obvious but you may want to steer clear and not waste your time showing a place to a person who doesn't plan on moving for 5 months, or on the other end, the person who needs to move in tomorrow - that has red flags all over it, like, they just found out they needed housing yesterday?
