Purchasing turnkey property
I have an opportunity to purchase a turnkey three family property. I'd like to go see the units but they "don't want to disturb the tenants" but I am able to look at the property and the common areas. I understand that they may not want to let them know the property is for sale but is it a good idea to purchase without seeing the whole house? Are turnkey properties usually purchased site unseen anyway?

personally,
there is no way im buying something i cant see. that said, they probably dont want every tire kicker disturbing their tenants.
if you think it makes sense, make an offer and include an inspection contingency. that way they know your serious when you want to see the units.
