It's been a ridiculous process.

Our last project is on the first page of Google for "houses for rent" in the particular city, generating ~10k leads per month, with a strong conversion rate where the lead fills out a lengthy application and pays an application fee. 

He never asked for more than was necessary, and was happy to work with me even though I'd done about 1/2 the process myself.

It's likely that the maintenance responsibility could be specifically defined in the lease but you should get an attorney guide the board through the process.

My husband and I are currently in the process of renting 2 houses we have bought in Florida.

If that is possible what is the process (i.e. is there a time period that I should wait before taking out a loan on the for the second home)?

So I'm looking for some advice as I begin this process- should I drop the agent and pursue the tax address I found first? 

The owner is in the process of doing some repairs in the bathroom and kitchen, but hasn't finished.  

We are in the process of closing on our very first multifamily, a 4plex, at the end of this month.
