I was wondering if there's any fellow Portlanders out there that have insight into which brokerage agencies are worth looking into?

I think this will be really helpful in building my US credit score, which is something many lenders ask me for, even when they know I'm an overseas investor.Anyway, hope it helps some fellow investors getting established in the US; it's definitely something I hadn't heard of before but I think it's a fantastic option.Cheers!

Hello fellow investors,flippers,rehabbers etc.I invest majority of my business in Washington D.C and i found two properties right next door to each other .in fair condition both needing well over 40-50k in rehab BUT.

Just knowing a few fellow investors in the area would be great too.
