I’ve watched a lot of videos on how to screen and how to set up work with contractors, so I’m hopeful to build those relationships more in this area in the future.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've always been surprised that so many real estate agents don't really own their own home or invest in real estate.

I assume the business has insurance, talk to your local agent about what you need, throw an umbrella on top if you have a high net worth a low threshold for risk. 

I am a new agent and have been getting a bunch of emails lately.

How do you guys calculate taxes, other than "asking an experienced agent?

Hello- Can someone please tell me if I will have to pay any type of federal capital gains tax on a property that I sell in Washington state that was given to me? 

Sadly, I'm not in Eugene/Salem, but I'm a house hacker and real estate agent myself.

I have been a real estate agent for the last 8 years or so.
