My properties are in Baltimore and I plan to continue investing there due my knowledge of the market and extensive connections.

Every day I wish I had "opened up my eyes" and picked up a book instead of an extra shift at work in my 20's after college.  

I would love to go to meet ups to gain more knowledge and connections.

I am confident that I have all the tools I need, just needing to expand my knowledge and network!!

My instinct was to exclude those in my search as I think they would be less likely to rent (or to re-sell), but I'm aware it may just be exposing my lack of knowledge of other markets. 

I am looking to learn and gain valuable knowledge and then execute investments within the real estate world.

We have read multiple books, done plenty of research, talked to a lot of knowledge people, and think we are prepared to start our endeavor.
