If it is a minor then maybe it could be done sooner...I recently had one completed in six weeks, and I'll admit I was shocked...it was just sheer coincidence that I had a great reviewer, and minor comments etc to make it happen that quickly.I'd suggest if you need any dry utility work you get those service orders from SDGE ASAP so they can be included on the ROW submittal.

I stay away from condos because of the condo fees as they can be quite excessive and not within your control.
